MOVEMENT

Our energy-based movement sessions, yoga practices, and self-expression workshops will guide you on a somatic journey of self-discovery and healing, helping you reconnect deeply with your body and support its natural detoxification process.

Ben Dessard

Creator of the Deep Dive Retreat, Ben is a fasting and metabolism expert with a Master’s degree from the University of Austin, as well as a certified Yoga Synergy instructor. He provides a safe and supportive space through his experience and calm, compassionate energy. He will be your steady anchor throughout your journey.

Carlota Amargos

Carlota is a passionate and multifaceted woman who loves taking care of every aspect of Life. Head Chef of the Amara Valley Kitchen and founder of Amrita Cacao, Carlota will illuminate the retreat experience with mindful nutrition and Cacao Ceremony.

Co-Founder of Amara Valley with Carlota, Morgan is a thought-leader and visionnary. As an expert in Yoga and Consciousness, Morgan will offer enlightening sessions on movement and self-awareness.

Amara Valley Nature Retreat

Amara is a peaceful and ideal setting for our regeneration experience. Nestled in the heart of an ancient oak forest, this center is dedicated to transformation and well-being, offering a tranquil space perfect for reflection, introspection, and healing. With comfortable facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, Yoga Shala, and professional kitchen, Amara allows us to rest deeply and reconnect with ourselves in a warm and soothing environment.

HOW TO GET THERE?

Réservation

By Car:
Amara Valley is located 1.5 hours from Perpignan, in Catalonia, Spain. Easily accessible by car, the venue offers parking so you can safely leave your vehicle.

By Train:
There are direct daily trains to Girona. Amara Valley is 40 minutes from Girona by taxi or carpool (see below).

By Plane:
Direct flights arrive at Barcelona or Girona airports. From Barcelona, buses are available to Banyoles (about 1.5 hours). Amara Valley is 15 minutes from Banyoles by taxi or carpool (see below).

Carpooling:
We create a Google spreadsheet for participants to organize carpooling with others driving to the retreat. The link to the spreadsheet is provided in the retreat preparation email.

  4. Once we review your form, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details to help you prepare for the retreat.

This plant-based detox is intended for individuals in good overall health.

It is not recommended for people with the following conditions:
Type 1 diabetes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders, retinal detachment, kidney or liver failure, extreme weight loss, extreme fatigue, advanced cerebral arteriosclerosis, or psychosis.
