If you’ve been feeling bloated, sluggish, or mentally foggy, or if you’ve been indulging a bit too much lately, this gentle cleanse can help you reset.
This option is ideal if fasting for 24 hours feels too challenging or if you're in the late luteal phase of your cycle and need more nourishment.

How does it work?
Eliminate inflammatory foods and simplify your diet. Tailor this approach to your needs while focusing on easy-to-digest, nutrient-rich foods.
We recommend sticking to steamed vegetables with olive oil, but if you need more energy, you can include small portions of fruit and hemp seeds. The key is to reduce variety and give your body a break while still feeling nourished.
OPTION 2 - WATER FASTING

Who is this for?
If you're looking for a deeper reset and feel ready to challenge both your body and mind, this option is for you.

How does it work?
Abstain from food and caloric drinks for 24 hours—this can be from dinner to dinner, for example.
Stay hydrated with water and herbal teas. Warm water with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sea salt is encouraged to support hydration and mineral balance.

NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
Your nervous system decides whether you're in stress mode (fight or flight) or relaxation mode (repair and regeneration). Left unchecked, the mind often keeps us in chronic stress.
